Hosts at Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co. are the first team members our guests meet, and an important part of their overall Twisted Biscuit experience. The ultimate goal for our hosts is to provide high-quality service that helps us keep our guests coming back time after time. The host responsibilities include (but are not limited to!) making sure the host station is always clean and organized, greeting and seating guests, and selling branded Twisted Biscuit merchandise. Hosts must be quick on their feet (literally and figuratively!) and have a polite, friendly attitude. Our servers are the face of Twisted Biscuit and responsible for our Guests’ experiences. The primary goal of our servers is to provide high-quality service that keeps guests coming back time after time. Server responsibilities include (but are not limited to!) making sure our restaurant is clean and tidy when guests arrive, interacting with guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and figuratively!) and have a polite, friendly attitude. Server experience is required. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with weekends and holidays required. Day-time hours only.

Are you hard-working and experienced in the kitchen? We’d like to meet you! Our line cooks perform all food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and quality are maintained. The line cook’s responsibilities include assisting the Kitchen Manager in preparing entrées, assisting with expo and following food safety guidelines. Line cooks may also assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
To be successful in the position, you must be familiar with various cooking techniques and have a passion for food. Ultimately, an exceptional line cook should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in teamwork. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply!

Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for mixology? Let’s talk!
Twisted Biscuit bartenders have excellent communication skills, and serve up classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests. They greet guests, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items and prepare and serve beverages and food. They also upsell items and create fun new cocktails for guests to try!
Successful applicants will have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. They will be efficient, observant, knowledgeable and personable. If this is you, we invite you to apply!
